The first presidential Survey for president made by SWS has been release September 13. Guess who's on top of the race. Yes, as expected the Sen. Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III is on top of the first survey. Villar on second followed by Estrada and for 4th place, its Francis Chiz Escudero.
